RETURNS
Due to the nature of handmade products, I have a very strict 7 day return policy. This policy is in place because I cannot resell items that have been around smoke or animals.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with original tags & packaging. Item must not smell of smoke and or have any animal hair seen on it.

If your return is accepted I will send you instructions on how to proceed. Buyer will pay shipping return fees if item was shipped. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded in your original payment method with in 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund even after we have refunded.



DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any returns on sale items or gift codes/cards.
I will communicate as soon as we can that we have received your email and work with you to quickly resolve any issues you may have!
